We are looking for Store Associates who are passionate about the Mission of the Depot Outlet. Join a growing Team with multiple openings for individuals who are Enthusiastic, Positive and Energetic. Work for a company that prioritizes family and rewarding, enjoyable work.

People Oriented – enjoy interacting with people; customers and coworkers
Detail Oriented - strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and organize work in a fast paced environment
Driven & Achievement Oriented – enjoy taking on challenges even in the possibility of failure and utilize independent judgment
Adaptable – enjoy work that requires frequent shifts in direction
Essential functions:
Provide excellent customer service
Variety of responsibilities and active positions: price and stock merchandise, process donations, assist with keeping store and warehouse clean and organized, ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
Operate cash register, provide correct change and handle all transactions pleasantly and efficiently
Exhibit a good example in all job duties, follow policies and procedures, exhibit ethical behaviors
Preferred:
Customer service experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Required:
Lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs, bend and stand for 8 hour shift
Some weekends required
High school diploma or equivalent

Depot Outlet's Volunteers
The Depot Outlet began as a 100% volunteer operation 50 years ago. Each member church had volunteers signed up to run the entire operation on a rotating schedule. Today the Depot Outlet is still honored by the unwavering dedication of more than 35 committed volunteers who donated over 3600 work hours in just 2022 alone.

Depot Outlet's Board of Directors
Also an exceptional part of the Depot Outlet team is the Board of Directors. The 9 member Board is entirely volunteer, each representing a Member Church Owner, meets once per month and is responsible for overseeing all grants and funding and ensuring the day to day operations of the Depot Outlet runs smoothly. All past and current Directors have given their time, energy, skills, expertise and dedication to the Depot Outlet and ensuring it's continued success in fulfilling our mission.

The team of employees at the Depot Outlet has grown to more than 25 full and part time members. The Depot Outlet is a fun, fast paced and ever changing environment in which to work.
