Our Recycled Clothing, Books and Household Goods Store Welcome to the Depot Outlet website. Depot Outlet is a non-profit organization owned by the Winneshiek County area churches. We operate a recycled clothing, books and household goods store at 105 Railroad Avenue, in Decorah, Iowa. Our large inventory of clothing, books, and household goods changes every day. New items are displayed several times during each day. So, visit the Depot Outlet store often. Stacy Merrill is our store manager. Our regular store hours are Monday through Friday: 9AM to 5PM, and Saturday: 9AM to 3PM. Telephone: 563-382-2700
